Hitler's major mistake was first overriding his generals. His generals gave him suggestions that were better than what he was thinking. As well, D-Day was a major mistake. If he listened to the people at the French coast(near the channel,I mean) then the allies would have taken much longer in winning.
In my opinion, he made too many enemies. He didn't have to attack Russia. The war would have been much easier for him and he could have taken over Britain.
well France and Britain didn't wanted to be in another problems so they started the appeasment policy Hitler thought this as their weakness and started to invade polish corridor chzechoslovakia and had a pact with Russia dividing Poland between them but later on he attacked Russia which was his biggest mistake and because of the extreme weather conditions the German army lost
