Leafpool had a vision of two pairs of paw prints on the lake growing into to one path and at the end of the path was Brambleclaw and Squirrleflight. So Squirrleflight told Ashfur that she and Brambleclaw were meant to be mates from StarClan and he still didnt like the idea

It is unknown. I think that, even though Brambleclaw now hates Squirrelflight, they are still technically mates, whethere they like it or not. I think Brambeclaw would feel betrayed, but i think he still loves Squirrelflight deep down.
