its when u dont grow as much as ur supposed 2. i think if u drink soda every day, eat like no protein or calcium, dont get enough sleep, and eat A LOT of carbs (pasta, bread, etc) it will stunt ur growth. im doing this cuz im SOOO tall im 5'1 and im only 12 and a half and i think its working cuz m friends hav grown taller than me ad the 1s tht used 2 shorter r catching up 2 me :)
