In the northeast, moose can be found in Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut and New York. They have been expanding their numbers and range south and west from northern New England for several decades. A collared moose travelled from New York, across the St. Lawrence River and into Ontario where it spent the rest of its life. Moose, especially immature animals and bulls in search of mates can and often do travel many miles. So it is certainly possible for moose to be in Pennsylvania, but if they are, they would likely be in very small numbers for several years. I don't know the habitat suitability of northeast Pennsylvania for moose, but as a general rule they don't do well in areas of high deer density due to their susceptibility to brainworm which is harmless to deer but fatal to moose.

currently no, but there have been a few sightings and hopefully one day they will come, they have come down as far as southern Pennsylvania and will probably reach Maryland. hope this helps.
The proper term is "cow moose," just like the term "bull" in used for male moose as "bull moose."
