Dwarf hamsters may not necessarily accept being with another hamster, even if both female. Sometimes they do get along, but if they start fighting, you should consider seperating them into different cages.
Word of advice, NEVER put two boy hamsters in the same cage. Just putting two in separate cages next to each other can be dangerous.
When i chose my hamster i researched it and i found that males are friendlier than the females. They can only be housed with hamsters from the same litter though.
It is not recommended to house dwarf hamsters with guinea pigs. They have different social structures and dietary needs, and may not get along well together. Additionally, guinea pigs are larger than dwarf hamsters and could potentially harm them unintentionally.
i dont wanna sound like im yelling or somthing but no never ever EVA put two syrian hamsters together they will only fight to the death if you want babys pleze pleaze contact me because i would hate it if anything happend so plaeze dont hesetate to ask me for help!
It is recommended to have only one hamster per cage to prevent territorial disputes and fighting. Hamsters are solitary animals that prefer to live alone, so it is best to provide each hamster with their own space and resources in their cage.
You shouldn't keep a dwarf in a cage.
No because if you put them in the same cage they will fight with each other. It is best if you keep one in each cage. Unless they are dwarf hamsters. Than you can put them in the same cage.
Only if you don't mind them having little hamsters.
the male hamster will choose one female hamster and the left one will die
you can't because they would fight and eat each others face to impress the female.
A few years back I owned three Chinese Dwarf Hamsters, but there are different types of dwarf hamsters, e.g Russian Dwarf Hamsters. However, if you are thinking of getting dwarf hamsters, I don't recommend putting them in the same cage, as when I had my three, one of them ended up seriously injuring the other one.
they will reproduce (make babies all the time) and if the parents arent satisfied they will eat the children
If they are Roborofskis or Winter Whites, then the answer is a definite yes. These dwarf hamsters are very social, and require the company of at least one of their own kind. However, do not put two different species of dwarf hamsters in the same cage. They will fight. Also, unless you intend to breed, only put hamsters of the same gender in one cage, or else you'll have a hamster population explosion! Also, do not put a Syrian with a dwarf hamster.
Most of the time, i have 2 Chinese dwarf hamsters kept in the same cage and they are fine, Hope This Helps
No teddy hamsters and dwarf hamsters cant stay together
Yes. Female hamsters, or girl hamsters, will also fight. They aren't any better with the fighting thing. Syrian hamsters of any gender will eat each other if put in one cage. Dwarf hamsters, on the other hand, can live with each other with a daily mini-quarrel.
if they were raised together like brothers or sisters
