The spider in question has got me baffled. I've looked on Google for hours and no answers for me. Hes a light brown spider. I found him in my utility room on the wall. I live in tallahassee, Fl. His legs are all pretty close to the same length. All four on both side point to either to the side or to the front. He doesnt have legs that extended behind his abdomen when walking or resting. His legs have black dots that go down them. They kinda look like stripes except they are only on the top half of his leg not underneath. He has two small legs in the front that are overtop his fangs. Hes slightly larger than a quarter. His head is darker than his body, its a dark brown with a white stripe or border where his head meats the abdomen. On his abdomen he has a particualr marking. On the the upperhalf of the topside of his abdomen he has what looks kinda like a sword pointing down? Its two little black dots at the point where head and abdomen meet with a line that stretches down about half way it his 'butt'. The after that line ends there are two larger black dots one on the left side and on one the right side of the lower half of his abdomen. On his belly there is a marking that looks similar to a rough pencil sketch of a vagina. Along with two white dots at the very top of his belly. I thought maybe a wolf spider but I dont think so, Hobo, Huntsman, Brown Recluse...they all kinda look like it but not enough to make me a believer. I need help please.
brown spider and its very deadly, it can kill within 30 minutes.
The brown spider with a thick white stripe down its back sounds like a Zebra Spider (Salticus scenicus). It is a common jumping spider found in the UK. Zebra spiders are known for their distinctive black and white striped markings on their bodies. They are harmless to humans and are beneficial as they help control insect populations.
