I beat Cerberus a few times at Level 15 or 16. I had the Jungle King Keyblade by beating Deep Jungle. Equip Dodge Roll for this fight. buy a few Hi-Potions or/and potions from Traverse Town. Equip any accessories that raise your Strength, HP, or Defense. When the fight begins Cast Aero, and try to keep it that way. If you run out of MP, use ethers. If you run out of ethers, dodge roll. Lock on to one of the heads and hit Cerberus with a few combos then stay away. Repeat this process until you defeat him. If Donald and Goofy die, revive Donald since he can heal others.
