Training a search dog starts by doing a "puppy runaway" which is very similar to playing "hide and seek".
Step 1 - put the harness on the puppy
Step2 - attach a bell or pout on a belled collar
Step3 - have an assistant hold on to the harness TIGHTLY
Step4 - tell the assistant to hold onto the puppy until after you have hidden yourself from the puppy's view
Step5 - tell the assistant to encourage the puppy by saying to him" watch him, where's he going??" and getting the puppy excited as you run away
Step6 - position the puppy into the wind (even if there is very little wind)
Step7 - get down in front of the puppy and kiss him and cuddle him
Step8 - then turn and run fast away from the puppy into the wind
Step9 - stop at least once and turn around and jump and down and get the puppy excited by hollering "whooeee, look at me, where am I going?" and generally get the puppy to want to run after you
Step10 - dive behind a bush or brushy area after running about fifty yards
Step11 - have the assistant release the puppy
Step12 - have the assistant run WITH the puppy (off leash) to you
Step13 - cuddle and kiss the puppy and give him the MOST PRAISE he will ever get for finding you
Step14- repeat the whole scenario three to four times and then quit till another day

Just as you would train any other, tailoring it a bit to suit the individual dog's personality and attention span. Find out what the dog wants and make it work for it. If the dog wants it's toy handed to it for instance, then first it must obey a command.
To train your dog to beg on Nintendogs, you can use the "Play Dead" trick. First, teach your dog the "Lie Down" command and then follow up with the "Roll Over." Finally, teach your dog to stay in the rolled-over position by rewarding and praising them when they hold it. This will simulate the begging posture for your dog.

The best way to train a dog to respond to the command "hi dog" is through consistent repetition and positive reinforcement. To train your dog to drop a ball on command, start by teaching them the "drop it" cue. Hold a treat in one hand and the ball in the other. When your dog picks up the ball, say "drop it" and show them the treat. When they release the ball, reward them with the treat. Repeat this process until your dog consistently drops the ball when you say the command. Practice regularly to reinforce the behavior.
This behavior would have to be shaped. That is it is really hard to train your dog to do this unless it already does it without training. If it does it without training, then every time you see the dog to the action say a command and give them a treat. Soon they will start to associate this action with the name and the treat and they will do it on command to get the treat.

Use a Innotek brand remote e collar--The dog will learn to come to you like a bolt of lightening when you tone it. I am a dog trainer in Ga.
