I had a mother duck lay her egg under my tree and just walk away from the egg is there something I can do She came back nudge it and then walked away and hasn't been back?

It may take a day or two but she may come back and lay more eggs. Leave the egg alone for a day or two. If she does not lay any more eggs, you can eat the egg. ______________________________ Leave it for a day or two and if the mother doesn't come back then you can either eat it or you could try and hatch it by puuting it in an incubator or under a really hot lightbulb.
