Yes you can. Find a Veterinarian near you that is a reproduction specialist or just call on different Veterinarians to see who is able to collect and store semen. The semen is collected from your dog and then stored away in tanks. When you are ready to use it, then it can be thawed out and used but the Veterinarian needs to do this and this can be expensive.
