Check under her. If the eggs are obviously rotten, throw them out. She will eat them if you don't! Gross, I know, but the smell is horrible if you let her crack them open. Click on the link below for a muscovy site!
28 for common ducks and up to 35 days for Muscovy ducks.
Most ducks start to breed in January or following months. Once the hens lay their clutch of eggs they will sit anywhere from 25-28 days except for muscovy ducks who sit for about 35 days.
It usually takes 3 weeks or better for them to open their eyes and they will only see shadows for a couple of days and then they see everything.
I don't know WHY..but I do know that the mockingbirds that had been singing at the tops of their lungs all Spring are silent during Dog Days. They still come to my feeder; they still sit on the wires and glare at my cat; but they don't make a sound.
The hen's egg is fertilized in the formation process. They "save" the semen from roosters and their body's mechanisms deposit it into the yolk as it is created. If a rooster has mated with a hen anytime in the prior 7-10 days, the egg will be fertile as it is laid.
If they have been abandoned for 2 days I would think they are all ready gone.

Any time you have unexplained pain you should see a doctor. Also if you have pain that lasts beyond what it should, for example if a wound is healed but it still hurts or if your sprained ankle is still hurting after over six weeks.
Aqueducts have always been important. We still use them these days.
