Lions have a thick mane of fur around their neck, which is how they got the name, " King of the jungle " for It's bushy mane. However, the females do not have the mane. Females tend to do most of the hunting and are slightly more aggressive than the males. Lions are known for killing and eating humans with pleasure and are greatly feared. They live in parts of Africa and Asia. Their habitat is mainly dry savannahs.
