A cow expert is someone who knows anything and everything associated with Cows and Cattle. By anything and everything, I mean everything from health to reproduction to how to properly raise them and understand their psychology and behaviour. All of these things are used to allow such an expert to answer various questions put out by those who know little or nothing about cows and cattle.
