I assume these chicks are in a brooder, but even if they are with momma hen in the barn.
The best advise I can offer is to feed them medicated chick starter and add Penicillin G Potassium and Streptomycin Sulfate to their water.
Stress and Chronic Respiratory Disease are the usual suspects in chick mortality.
Go to your local feed store or even a pet store and ask for water soluble tonic.
Poly-tonine A , Super booster , are just two of the products available.
The faster you do this the more chance your sick chicks have for survival but it is not a miracle cure. Try to start them out on day one with at least the vitamin/med. water.
