Otherwise, check around local stables and farms. Sometimes you'll get lucky if you live in certain areas of Australia, Africa, or North America and possibly see a rare wild horse!

the best place for pet horses would be a stable (must be spacious enough to hold a horse!!) or a large, grassy feild without piosious plants. it's important to make sure you don't build a stable too small or use barbed-wire Fencing on a horse's pasture(barbed-wire can tear up your horse!!). you must have a pasture that is at least 1 acre large. you can board horses at someone else's stable or you can have your own. the best place for wild horses would be a large, uninhabited area, like a large, unfenced feild. wild horses prefer to have lots of extra space and no people around.

There are many places to buy horses, and which one is best is a matter of opinion. Any local tack shop or feed mill or vet, or other livestock/horse related place may have a bulletin board with horses for sale listed. Researching the internet will pull up tons of horses. Any horse clubs can help find horses for sale too.

You can buy a horse from the country for cheap and even for free! If you get one that just one, that's just won best in show obviously that's not going to be cheap. My opinion Stallion's are not cheap or free at all. And even not easy to ride at all. My mom would never let me get a horse but finally,she gave in i got a clysdale [ a big horse] for free.
