I live in rural SE Ohio and just paid $125 to cremate a 7 pound cat. They may go by weight or it might be the same for all animals.

I live between Cincinnati and Dayton. Our 30-pound dog was cremated in 2010 by The Pines Pet Cemetery and Crematorium in Lebanon. Cost was $80 (plus $35 to pick up the body from the vet).
