There is no such thing as a perfect dog but if I had to pick I would say a Chinese crested. You might of heard about Chinese cresteds being the ugliest dogs but there is a haired version called the powderpuff. They are VERY smart like my dog Kodak http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FgYxCZ_iILc and they're hypoallergenic dogs. They are super sweet and will love you for life! :-)
Now if I had to pick a big dog I would say a Standard Poodle. They are smart and loyal. You can cut their hair short if you don't like curls. (Not all of them are FANCY PRISSY dogs.)
Hope this helped! :-D
Good luck
If all else fails, get a mutt. ;)
not sure alot of dogs have a hard time getting house trained.
2nd Answer:
It is not the dog or breed of dog that is difficult to potty train. It is the human. You just need to know how to do it. You should always have a crate that is large enough for your dog to stand up in and be able to turn around in. If you cannot keep an eye on your dog, then they must stay in the crate. A dog will not normally defecate or urinate in its own den and that is what the crate will be like to the dog. It will be its own private get a way den. Take the puppy out after feeding it and often in between those times, like every 2 hours or more often. Praise when the pup goes outside, lots of praise. The key is to keep the pup in the crate when you cannot monitor the dog. Put lots of soft blankets in the crate along with toys to play with. Eventually after the pup becomes potty trained, you can just leave the door to the crate open all the time and you will be amazed to see your dog going into its crate on its own as this is his or her get away place.
i would say a dog, cat and if its legal in your country a monkey but not parrot's because they are the smartest pet that you can get, their intelligence as dalphins and primates so they easy to train them.
ummmm, tough one. I've had a lot of dogs in my time but i think a Maltese terrier x poodle or either one is the easiest. i would have said Chihuahua but they need a lot of attention.

If you buy a dog house, the dog will not use it until you train it to go in the dog house.
You can tell what dog is suited for you. First, the size of your house, if it is small, a small dog is good for you. If you have a big house, and large dog is good for you, or medium. Then comes the type of dog. It matters what you like, and if it is good for you. If you are lazy, a lazy dog is good. You have to know the characteristics of the dog. And if you are willing to train your canine.
A "bark collar". Two barks allowed.

If you have a big house, then go for a medium or large dog, if you live in a small app/house then get a small dog.But. If you go to the pound, or wherever. You need to find a dog that is suitable for you.Ask them if you can take the dog for a walk, the one that has caught your eye.Don't let the dog pull you around, keep it to your side. You want a dog that has already been trained. Unless you're getting a puppy, you'll have to train it yourself. But the best dog would be one that has already been trained. So it knows everything already, and so you wont get frustrated.

If you look in most dog books, they say that the Dalmation is the Dumbest and hardest dog to train. It's also my opinion. hope that helped :)
Toilet train him perhaps. type in'how to house train my dog' in google.
to train go to a professional trainer and take their tips
This actually takes two steps to accomplish. First, you have to house train the dog and then you train him/her to use the door. When I wanted my Scottie to use the dog door I would put a treat outside and then push him through the door/flap. After a few times of doing this he got the idea that he could go out the door, but you have to house train him first and then do the door.

kids are it is easier to train a dog to behave in a house than a child.
You cannot train a 3-year old boxer that is not a house dog not to run away. Dogs chase things, it is instinct for them. You have to provide the dog with a secure yard that it cannot get out of in order to keep the dog safe.
no, not really they may be but the majority of them are easy to train very good house dog or puppy.
The rottweiler has the hardest bite.
Boxing, by far.
