It's a savage predator from south East Asia. Some countries have strict controls in place in case they manage to get out into the wild. Just a quick search in Google will find you plenty information.
Check out the YouTube video (see related link) of a guy catching one. Its not so much savage! Fast-forward to about 1 minute 20 to see him land it.

Uhmm - Yess They Are Veryy :)the tiger snake is venomous( inject venom) but i would say only the head of the tiger snake is poisonous(consumed poison)
If you meant the sea snake 'Hydrophis belcheri' - It's diet consists of fish and shell-fish.

Its actually a tattoo of a big koi fish on my back facing up, wrap with a dragon body around the koi fish and the dragon head comes to my chest. With a two headed snake from my side abs wrapping down my thighs ending with another snake head on my ankle. Would all that be a bad omen? or is it bad luck to have all that? and what does a three head snake means?
