All dogs need to be potty trained... If you want a dog to do its business in the house... Go for it
Depends on you. Not the dog..
the normal gestation period of dogs is 9 weeks.
yes you can because they are on par with a dog on intelligence
Get dog mats, take your dog outside frequently, and reward your dog every time it uses the dog mat.
If a service dog is trained correctly, then it will be potty trained.
you mean are all dogs potty trained? Then no.

You should really "potty train" your dog when you first get them, you shouldn't really have left it that long. BTW: You don't call it potty training you call it house training or house train.
Use Puppy Pads :)
A Kelpie is the most loyal, protective and smart dog that i have ever had.
If your dog is a puppy or isn't fully potty trained it might of been an accident. Or just because the dog is showing that they own it or its their territory. I think you should get the urine off of your baby quick though.
I may not be perfect, but a good dog training system is one of positive reinforcement. This means whenever a dog does what you want it to, you give the dog treat and praise. When a dog does something bad, you simply say no in a stern voice.
If you're gonna keep the dog inside, having it potty trained will make your life ever so much nicer. If not trained, most dogs will pee and poo whenever and wherever they get the urge - even inside. If you're gonna keep the dog outside all the time, then it doesn't matter.
Could be, but there are other possible explanations. You should talk to the vet about it.
because the dog is trained too not pee inside your house or the house he/she lives in
yes you can it will take awhile though.
