When does the hair get longer on a Lhasa Apso Mine Still has short but I have been told she doesn't look like anything like a Lhasa Apso?

If the hair of a Lhasa is not long by 6 months, "but probably sooner" than you may want to double check that it is a full breed lhasa Apso and not a mix of another breed, for this may be true.

The Lhasa Apso (lha-sah ap-so) is a non-sporting dog breed originating in Tibet. It was bred as an interior sentinel in the Buddhist monasteries, who alerted the monks to any intruders who entered.
