The sea is filled with salt, because most streams and rivers, lead to the Ocean. Since so much water moves down the stream or river, it removes layers of dirt, and rock. Revealing salt. The salt goes down river, then meets the ocean, where the salt mixes with the water, and creates salt water.

Potassium 0.382%. Bromine 0.0066%. In addition there are 71 other elements to be found in sea water, that smallest element being Terbium at 0.0000001%
