Yes, of course all mystery snails mate with each other. it does not matter what color you have
YES!!
The male trapdoor snail buys the female snail flowers and then takes her to a dinner in a movie. If he is charming and funny and not too slimey, he will then proceed to mate with the female snail. These snails give birth to live young. They are not as prolific at breeding as egg laying aquatic snails.
No they do not. They are not able to produce silk.
Yes.
snails are both males and females because they have a female uterus and oviduct and ovaries and they also have male testis and spermduct. That is the only thing i can really tell you. We will prolly never know exactly why they are this way. This is the way that God made them and we should just leave it at that. Snails have both male and female organs so they are able to reproduce without a mate. This may seem like a pointless answer but there is a difference in reproducing and creating genetic diversity. Genetic diversity is achieved when two snails mate together. Now how which one "plays" male and which one is female when they do breed is quite thought provoking.
A Black Widow communicates by plucking its web, to attract a mate. It also communicates with its bright colors.
no snails do not mate for life. they can have many mates.

AnswerHey there, as far as i know they wont interbreed. All i have to say is make sure u have cover glasses coz those buggers can crawl out of ur tank pretty fast hahaha. :o) Catch mate.a shellApple snails and mystery snails are different. Apple snails get to be softball size while mystery snails stay smaller. I have an apple snail and an ivory mystery snail, my ivory is a female and I just saw the apple snail mating with her. She has just previously laid two clutches of eggs from my blue mystery snail that has just recently died and the eggs have not hatched yet so I am curious to see if the apple snail will fertilize her or not. I have tried to do research to see if they can even breed or not and have not found anything useful.
Do you want a mate for your golden retriever?

If left undisturbed, snails can copulate for up to an hour.

Snails reproduce the same thing almost everything else does - they mate and lay eggs. Some snails are hermaphrodites, though (have both male and female sexual organs in the same individual), which means that two snails can fertilize each-other.
Get to snails [same breed] put them in a tank with wet soil plenty of greens and in 1-2 week's they will mate and lay eggs
snails can actually mate themselves! so if you kept them separate they could still mate! maybe you have to wait until a special time of year. remember that snails lay eggs so don't throw them out by accident! I once found snails mating under a bush so just wait!
