I'll answer the question that seems to be asked here; What do you if your kitten is not eating, drinking, or peeing after the day you bring it home?
Well, there are three things; stress from just being brought home, maybe a small cold, or a disease. The most likely is the stress from being brought home. The kitten needs time to get used to its new surroundings.
If you think a cold may be coming on, monitor the kitten a little bit more. If you see symptoms of ANYTHING, call your local vet.

by peeing on them
Sometimes they are peeing.
No you shouldn't. Most hamsters tend to pee in the corners of their cage and keep the corner only for that but theres nothing wrong if it doesn't.
Because it's a pig and you have it in your house.

Your drinking enough
by peeing everywhere
When you are properly hydrated you should drink as much as you are peeing out as you are peeing.
Put the kitten in the litter box or on some old newspapers before it can urinate, or as shortly as possible afterward. With patience and repitition, the kitten will learn where it is supposed to go.
