You have to take them to a vet, but first stop the bleeding and make sure they can breathe and if they have no pulse cpr, if u have no lesson rush off to the vet as fast as possible, meaning like speeding but don't start an accident!

Why do dogs not walk up stairs?
Not really, no. The coordination of their front and back leg joints make it hard for them to walk down stairs like cats or dogs can. They can walk down from a step but it's much harder for them to walk down several steps at a time.
