It is usually because the female is pregnant, or could be the following:
-Hormonal issues (NOTE: Do not worry, this is natural, just separate them)
-The male has failed an attempt at mating with the female
You better separate them! I don't know what kind of hamster you have, but I have dwarf hamsters and even if they're related/have had babies, the females are really rough and can kill the males. They are much more powerful. I would look your kind up or ask someone at at a PETCO or PETSMART.
Regardless if they are related or not, two males will fight for territory and breeding. As the son is younger it poses a threat to the older male (father) and will constantly fight to claim dominence.
yes....yes they do........they fight to the death actually........I learned that the hard way when i was 6..........is so sad.
your hamsters may not like each other so you may want to keep them away or stop the partnership (they get over it)
good luck ppls
Yes two female hamster can fight but not as violent or often as male hamsters. female hamsters can get in rarely any fights
Probably but that is very different. If it looks like they are fighting maybe they are trying to breed or arguing like all couples do hehe
if ur a boy there fighting over u
if ur a girl they arent sharing food so let them eat seperately
because female hamsters hate each other

Dwarf hamsters may not necessarily accept being with another hamster, even if both female. Sometimes they do get along, but if they start fighting, you should consider seperating them into different cages.
You know when to breed hamsters when the female is in a distant space of the male and the male begins to show signals such as- commonly approaching the female or feeding or sleeping near her. If the female avoids the male like- the male approaches her to feed himself and the female turns away suddenly, you are being shown that the female is not comfortable with the male or having a pleasant time with the male. The worst case sanarrio is the two hamsters fighting with eachother. DO NOT PUT THE MALE AND FEMALE TOGETHER IF THE FEMALE SUDDENLY TRIES TO FLEE BACK TO THE ORIGINAL CAGE! This is a sighn of discouragement. As soon as the two opposite hamsters are finally sleeping side by side, this meens that they are ready to have.... sorry about this....SEX! and hav babies.
Id put two depending on the size of your cage
You can put two Dwarf Hamsters together but if you put a male and a female together they most likely have babies. You can put a male Dwarf Hamster and a male Dwarf Hamster together and you can put a female Dwarf Hamster with a femaleDwarf Hamster. Just make sure the two hamsters don't fight.
Its better for you to separate the hamsters if they are fighting.
They'll fight, and keep fighting until one of them dies....

Yes they i have two female hamsters Coco and Fuzzy wheezy
no,after a sertan amont of time hamsters must live in separate cages, unless they are mating
Of courswe!
If the two females are currently fighting then I would advise you to separate them.
if they are in the same cage two female hamsters tend to fight anyway. but if they didnt before the they proberbly both want it and are fighting over it

You cannot stop two hamsters from fighting. It doesn't matter what two genders they are, or how young or old. They will keep having that urge to fight with each other. The only way to prevent them from fighting would be to put them both in separate cages, each cage a large enough cage so they could each have enough space that they are comfortable with. There's that way, or you could always sell one if you wish to take that route. I've dealt with hamsters before.
you put a male and female together and you wait.
no, they will kill each other. hamsters are very territorial.
