There is a dimmer switch on the das board. Lower left side under the steering column. Could be turned down or even broke. If not the bulbs could be bad, but there are several of them. To have them all go bad at once would be rare. Check the voltage on the switch and if its good then check the dash. If not trace it back to a fuse.
Good luck.
Check the brake light bulbs, Check the brake light fuse, Check the brake light switch, In that order.
When the signal lights are not working on a car, there are a couple of things that could be going on. One could be that the bulb needs to be replaced. The other possibility is that the signal relay needs to be replaced.
The bulb is probably dead or you have a blown fuse or other electrical problem.
There could be a couple of reasons why the headlights won't work when the other lights do. One reason could be a blown bulb. Another reason could be a problem in the wiring.
relay in the hood fuse box HDM relay (Headlamp Driver Module)
I got this problem solved. It was a blown fuse in the power distribution box ubder the hood. Could find no shorts or reason for blown fuse, Replaced fuse and working fine now.
I also own a Nissan Pulsar Q hatchback with the same problem. One reverse light is orange, the other is white. The dealership when attempting to fix this problem assumed I had two white reverse lights so my car short circuited. I have been told for the orange light to work I have to turn on the headlights, (sounds a bit dodgy) Not sure if it makes sense, but I hope it helps.
If parking and dash lights work: Maybe bad bulbs (double filamented) Bad socket? Bad ground circuit?
If the headlights on the 2004 GMC Envoy are not working, there could be a loose connection somewhere. If all of the other lights are working, it is most likely not a fuse that has blown. Double check the wiring to see if there is a loose connection.
Check bulbs & fuses first. If still a problem you will need to start looking at possible wiring issues
The bulb could be 'blown'. Remove the working bulb from the other light and try it in the socket of the one that isn't working.
On most vehivles the live feed for the taillights brances from a connection in the back of the trunk. It is probably a poor connection or damp in this junction. If the whole cluster isn's working it is probably a poor earth.
