2000 ford windstar the wiper motor just stopped working is this covered under the recall warranty for the motor cover you just found out about the recall now?

I have this same exact problem. I went to www.customersaskford.com, then chose "email us" at the top of the page. A contact form comes up. I typed in the necessary information and sent it in the hopes that someone contacts me back soon. I tried the phone number that is provided to no avail for a week. I tried calling at different times of the day under the imression that I was in a different time zone or something, but I got nowhere. I hope this helps us both. I just emailed them 20 minutes ago. Good Luck to us both. Update: I received a response within 3 hours. They told me there were no recalls AT THIS TIME, however I did respond informing them that there WAS in 2001 according to the NHTSA website. I requested that they honor my present request to correct this issue. I'll keep you posted. For additional recall related information you should check out http://www.erecalled.com. It's a free service that provides recall notification and product tracking. I've got my car and electronics and such stored in their system so if a recall comes in involving one I get an email, it's awesome.
