Hi, I can only ask if you have had a smoke test done yet to determine where the leak is? I also have a '97 and have yet to find where mine is. The smoke test comes next. I also have replaced all of those and more. I think I have a leak in the fill tube vent or the overflow. I would try and have the smoke test done and then they might be able to tell where the leak is. I've been beating my head against the wall on this and only keep dumping dollars into the car but I can't afford another so on I go too. Good luck and if you find out, please put another answer here. Thanks, Steve H.

Check your sway bar links. I just had to have these replaced on my 2004 Tracker.

Usually it means that the oil needs to be changed, or that a belt of oxygen pump needs to be replaced. If it's letting you know it's detecting something, that means that it's not that bad, but needs to get fixed.

If the service engine soon light is flashing on the 1997 Geo Tracker, you might have a sensor that has been activated because your vehicle is due to be serviced. You could also have a sensor that is malfunctioning.
A cell phone tracker can be purchased as a mobile app, which is downloaded directly to the phone. Many cellphone providers also offers this service to their consumers; SleathGenie and Mspy are companies that also offers this service.
