The survival rate from the ghettos in Poland was minimal. By August 1944 the last ghetto had been liquidated - in other words the remaining inhabitants were sent to Auschwitz to be gasssed (unless selected for work).
When originally established in 1940 the Lodz Ghetto had a population of a little over 160,000. In May 1945 there about 800 survivors.
