No usually this is something you need to purchase seperate. The S-video will only pass 240p at best not much better than the stock yellow RCA. Preferred hookup is with an HDMI providing the camera is capable. HDMI will pass 720-1080p Read:better picture HD quality at 1080p.

If you TV has output connection, then you can get cables to connect your TV to your projector. For example I have a TV with RCA video and audio outputs, I use 3 RCA cables and then I connect them to my RCA inputs into my projector. My projector has a small speaker, so most of the time I just connect the video cable.

A Sony PlayStation 2 and a dish receiver are two video and audio sources, and cannot be directly connected to each other. You can plug both into a television that has multiple video and audio inputs, or connect them to a home theater receiver, and then connect that to your TV.
You need to identify the Audio/Video Inputs and Outputs on your TV. You need to connect the A/V cables from the A/V output of the VCR to the A/V input of the TV. Then you need to connect the A/V output of your TV to the A/V inpit of your DVD player. Once you do this you will be able to record onto your DVD RW disk.

No laptops have built-in HDMI inputs. The HDMI connector on most good laptops is an output, to allow you to connect to a external monitor, projector or TV screen.
If you want to use the A/V cable that comes with the PS3 plug one end into the PS3 and the other end with the 3 RCA color coded plugs into any TV inputs with matching colors on the back of your TV. HDMI cables for HDTVs just have to be plugged into the HDTV and PS3.
