hey i was in the same situation but i was married with kids, i thought everything was perfect at the time but all it took was a 5 min convo and chemistry and now were married and alls happy...lifes to bloody short my luv

Get noticed. Try out for things that person likes but not all that person will think that something is weird. Don't act desperate and seem interesting good interesting.

If you're in the US, you can contest it, and it will delay things, but it won't do you any good in the long run--a judge will not and cannot force someone to remain married if they don't want to be married.
