It is a basic Islam principle not to force people to convert to Islam and not to force non Muslims to be judged according to Islam law. In Quran it is mentioned explicitly that Christians should be judged according to their Bible and Jews to be judged according to their Torah unless a non Muslim asks to be judged according to Quran.

Those people may be called misguided Muslims or Islamic misguided people.

It is a basic Islam principle not to force people to convert to Islam and not to force non Muslims to be judged according to Islam law. No compulsion in Islam teachings. One is free to follow the faith he/she wants and to behave within the faith as he/she wants (unless hurting or doing wrong to others); then he/she will be judged in front of God; the Creator; on the Resurrection Day either to go to the Paradise and enjoy it forever or to go to the Hell and suffer from its fire.

In Quran it is mentioned explicitly that Christians should be judged according to their Bible and Jews to be judged according to their Torah unless a non Muslim asks to be judged according to Quran.

So, per Islam teachings, no one is entitled to force the religious law of Quran on all people of the nation.

It is not permitted to force non-Muslims to live by Islamic religious law.

If Muslims establish Islamic law in a region, there are laws that are general and laws that are specific to Muslims. Gambling and alcohol, for example, can not be permitted in the society. However, if Jews use wine in some of their services, as an example, then they would be permitted to manufacture that wine - for that purpose.

Islamic law maintains the right of each group to keep their own way of life to some extent.
