Are there any differences temperament wise between a Purebred Rottweiler and a Rottweiler mix and is one more aggressive or prone to bite?

The dog will as good as the training and socialization given when a pup, whether pure breed or cross breed. Rottweilers suffer terrible publicity, due to irresponsible and bad ownership. The majority of rottweilers have fantastic temperaments, and are loyal to their families.
