Opera Mini is an app i have on my iPod that gets around the barracuda web filter. So i can use facebook and YouTube.
VPN service is also a good and reliable solution to bypass barracuda web filter. For example a service like vpn account ( http://vpn-account.com ) is easy and fast way to unblock restricted sites.
