Both offices have the same purpose and because of that they have very similar features. The main difference is different interfaces. In the begging 2007 office is a little bit annoying, but after certain time you get really comfortable. And the 2007 has slightly more functionality. The security in the 2007 office is much better then in 2003, especially for PowerPoint documents.
