if your a woman you need at least 590 cal.But if your a man u need at least 1000 cal.I hope i helped.

UPDATE ^^^^ that's not true. If you have an intake of less than 1,000 Cals. a day over a good amount of time, your body starts feeding off things like muscles and bones. The fat is something you have to burn off. I learned this the hard way, through anorexia.
