No she can not, for she is still under obligation of her parents They have controll until she is a adult 18, 21 in some places. It's the same on if you weer to leave home, you parents are still reliable for your actions, because under the law your still clssfied as a minor.
no
i believe if the person is almost 18 they should be able to. I also believe your parents don't always know what is best for you. I am a parent i and feel you should let them grow up. Just because the parents have gotten divorced they are taking it out on their children. let them live and learn.
(06/13/09) Why would you want to?
It is a statistical fact that relationships involving people who co-habitat and/or get married prior to age 24 have an 85% failure rate. Biologically, this is when females reach full mature on the physical, emotional, and hormonal levels. At this point, a woman is fully prepared to have and handle children, as well as a male that is still not fully mature.
Males don't reach full physical and hormonal maturity until age 30. This is also when they reach their peak emotional maturity, but not to the point of being fully independent. Half of the male emotional health comes from a woman. The biochemical frequency range of the male brain adjusts itself to match that of the female, developing an emotional symbiotic relationship.
Couples who begin cohabiting and/or get married prior to age 24 can find themselves drawing away from each other as each reaches full maturity. Their whole view of the world, and each other, changes. This doesn't happen to all couples, but clearly it is a factor in most relationship breakdowns.
No, im most places as long as he is not more than 3 years older than you it wont be statutory rape at all. It does depend on where you are, but as your parents are ok with it, it should be ok. * Once you're married you're allowed to have sex with your spouse, so if you're married, then he can't go to jail for it, even if the age of sexual consent in your state is 18.
No, a minor who has been placed in the custody of state social services or some other state agency must have permission from the court to marry, leave school, move from the residence where the court placed them, and so forth. Once the state takes custody of a minor the parent(s) no longer have legal rights to said child until the court restores parental rights to them.
If she has her parents' permission she can get married. The location of her mother doesn't matter. She might be able to get a court's permission due to the jail situation.
No she can not. In some states she could at 16 with the courts consent but no court will alllow it based on a pregnancy alone.
Nowhere in the US without parental consent. There are states where you can with parental consent.
NO you need your parents plus whats the rush???????Getting married at 16 is bad. It's a age to be matured enough to things by our self. I really want ot get to my boyfriend, but I can't get married now because I need to have premission from my parents. And I know my family won't accept me. I just wish that England law can be getting married at 16 without parents consent. Education won't be stopped because of marriages. I am still in education.
Yes, the presence and signatures of both parents are required.
You must be at least 18 to get married without parental consent. There is no place in North America and most of Europe that will allow you to get married younger without it. Some places might allow marriage with a court order, but they don't often grant them unless the parents are no longer living.
Where in Georgia can you get married without parents consent
In the state of Alabama you can get married when you are 18 without parental consent.
lol... no where
you have to be 18 without a consent from your parents or 16 with your parents agreement
You have to be 18.
You have to be 18.
You have to be 18 to marry without parental consent. You can marry at 16/17 with parental consent.
No. You may be parents, but you are still minors and require parents consent. When you both turn 18 you can get married without your parents consent since at that point you are an adult.
without the need of consent from your parents, 18
You have a child at 16!!??? No, until you turn 18 you need your parents consent. In Scotland you can.
i have no idea, but i think you can if you get legally emancipated from your parents
