Legally 18 because in Ohio there is no emancipation. (I live in Ohio.)
In Ohio, the legal age to move out of your parents' home without their permission is 18. Under special circumstances, such as obtaining emancipation or being legally married, you may be able to move out earlier.
18
No, the emancipation status does not exist in Ohio
Being 17 is still considered a minor in Ohio. They have to be 18 to more out legally.
Being pregnant/having a child does not emancipate a minor. You are still subject to the rules and control of your parents until you turn 18.
Legally, parents cannot prevent a child who is 18 years old from moving out in Ohio as individuals over 18 are considered adults. However, parents may try to influence their child's decision or make it challenging for them to leave.
Your parents have to give you up for adoption or your neighbor has to take your parents to court and convince the judge/jury they are bad parents who can't take care of you
Legally, parents cannot ground a child after they turn 18 in Ohio because individuals are considered adults at that age. Once a person reaches the age of 18, they are no longer under their parents' legal guardianship, and parents do not have the authority to impose punishments like grounding on them.
if you look up my skirt you can find that in my twatt your so dumb
Not at age 17, in Ohio they can only do so if the parents give their permission to do so. Otherwise they will have to wait until they turn 18.
No, nor in the other 49 states. Also, the parents of the 16 year old can LEGALLY have the 37 year old arrested. ---- The age of consent in Ohio appears to be 16, but that only means that the 37 could not be convicted for statutory rape. Assuming that the 16 year old is not legally emancipated from their parents, the parents could obtain a restraining order and/or otherwise prevent the 37 year old from coming into contact with their child until the child reaches the age of majority (18 in Ohio).
