Chihuahuas and Miniature Pinschers are very petite toy breeds...a bulldog of any sort is a blocky, stout, and solid dog...even the puppies. Responsible Chihuahua breeders know that cesarean sections are very common and bulldogs are taken by cesarean 95% of the time.
Your Chihuahua mix will not be able to carry bull dog puppies and if she does, she won't be able to deliver them. Are you ready to spend upwards of $1000 for an emergency c-section, after care, etc for mix breed puppies? Or chancing that you will lose your bitch because the puppies will become too large for her to carry?
Even if she was a larger Chihuahua and the litter and dam survived, she would physically be unable to feed and care for puppies as they would be too large and take too much nutrients, therefore, she would not be able to sustain herself and the puppies would be weak from malnourishment if they were not bottle fed regularly.
Overall, a very bad idea. Leave breeding to those that devote all of there time to producing quality, purebred dogs that strengthen the breed.

I had a small size chihuahua that had 12 puppies in one litter. Two died shortly after their birth.
My 6 year old chihuahua is pregnant by a 6 month old chihuahua. The vet said that the pups may not survive after birth.
