I am noticing it is not that easy to get someone deported because of expenses. Unless they have done some crime here in America, then it seems as though no one cares. * If the unlawfully present immigrant appears in a court of law regardless of the reason for him being there, authorities are required to take him into custody and remand him to Immigration officials. Whether or not he will be deported depends upon if he qualifies as a refugee or asylee.
YES, THE ILLEGAL ALIEN CAN BE DEPORTED. IN MOSE CASES, USCIS DOESN'T DEPORT THE ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT FOR NOTHING. THERE HAS TO BE A REASON. USCIS CAN ALSO ENFORCE THE ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT TO WORK HERE FOR SOME PERIOD SO THE OTHER PARTIE CAN BENEFICIATE OF A CHILD SUPPORT. BUT, A US CHILD WILL NOT GIVE YOU RESIDENCE UNTIL HE OR SHE GET 21 YEARS OLD AND DECIDE TO DO IT.
yes
Extremely high. Why? Because an illegal immigrant breaks the law in the first place coming to a country illegally. Also, if you had to go to court for an "illegal" action, there obviously going to find out your illegal since there will be no documents of you #1, and #2, any normal citizen would go to jail if they do a crime, however, if an illegal alien commits a crime, they get deported.
Unfortunately, yes.
The guy who said that if you're an illegal immigrant with a misdemeanor, you get deported is wrong. It depends on which state you live in. Democratic states are more likely to let an illegal immigrant go simply by paying the bail charges. In a republican state, the illegal immigrant may not be so lucky (I don't know the answer for a republican state).
Commit some sort of felony and be deported...
An illegal immigrant can go to a hospital for emergency medicine.
Go to Court.
yes
No
To marry an illegal immigrant in Greece you can go to a local marriage office. However, this is not advised.
yes, illegal immigrant can be deported even if he/she has children who are US citizens. moreover harbouring an illegal immigrant is a serious offence. please refer to US department of homeland security website www.dhs.gov
Yes, If he is illegal, and if you are illegal then you will be deported also. If he is legal and you aren't, he'll be sent to jail and you'll be deported. If he is illegal and your not, he'll be deported and you'll be fined $4,500 for housing an illegal. If your both legal he'll go to jail and you'll be lonely for a few years.
It is possible for a non-US citizen to go to court in a custody case for a child. If one party is an illegal immigrant, they may be subject to deportation.
