Medical doctors will tell you no because it hasn't been tested on pregnant women. I can only speak from my experience. I used cannabis during pregnancy and am still during breastfeeding with my 2nd pregnancy for nausea, migraines, aches/pains and sleeplessness. I used minimal amounts in the form of smoking (although vaporizing is preferred) and edibles. I experienced no problems and neither did my baby. She was born very healthy with Apgar scores of 9 and 9. She was feverishly nursing within an hour of birth. She's talking much earlier than normal and she is absolutely thriving. She's been going to sleep on her own since 5 months and is extremely alert and active during the day.
If you are interested in talking with other smoking moms, Google smokinmomz.org. Those fantastic ladies helped me make my decision to keep using this wonderful natural plant that is waaay better than taking prescription meds!
Good luck to you!
Can gabapentin harm my unborn child
No. It should not harm a unborn child.
It can cause deformities and metal probems or the child when it is born. If the mother has been smoking an adictive drug like cannabis then the child will be born adicted to that drug.
No.
