Chameleons arn't cats or dogs. You can't exactly play with them although all chameleons have their own special personalities. If you have a chameleon you are thinking of, try to find out if it likes its crest rubbed lightly or if it likes to be held. Some chameleons will like to be wrapped up in a blanket and cuddled with, just make sure that they don't get hurt. It might be fun to create an obsticle corse for your chameleon to climb over, as they are very skilled climbers and need to get excersize. You can also expirament with what types of foods your chameleon likes, just be sure that everything is organic and washed and in small enough pieces so they won't chock. Be sure to print out a list of foods chameleons can and can't eat. Most of all, make sure that the chameleon has proper care and housing. Take your chameleon to the vet if anything goes wrong, and remember that they are very fragile creature and prone to breaking ribs.
Male chameleons are best not handled because they are very terratorial and aggressive .Female chameleons are less aggresive but if annoyed they may hiss or bite this is the same for a male .If you are looking for a pet chameleon i would advise to get a female rather than a male if you want to be able to handle it but overall chameleons are renown for there grumpyness.
Yes but with lots of care and handiling.
Don't handle it to often because it will get mad want to snap at you so i recommend to take it out about 1-3 times a day the highest is 5 then your chameleon might get a little nasty .. Sometimes it depends on the chameleon that you have. But some chameleons like to be handled but NOT to much.
They are nice so long as you don't touch them. Most chameleons do NOT like to be handled. An adult chameleon can give a little bite or hiss when you come near them. They are nice to have and watch. Is just like having fish. You can watche them but not touch them.
