Dogs can take amoxicillin, we get it from our vet all the time for dogs that come into the rescue with infections. I'm not sure how the dosing works, but the amoxicillin is the same pink, bubble gum flavored amoxicillin you would give to a child for an infection. I hope that helps!

There's is a recommended allowance depending, on penicillin's. It is hard to die from major overdoses (10 or more) which normally accounts for a 2/3 intake.

For reasons why would do this consult, a medical health adviser. But apart from deviating from the whole question you will suffer sever draw backs. Which in theory which your whole dilemma into catastrophe.

It is acceptable, but not advisable.

Just be careful when you're on meds.

The dog would become very nauseous and would vomit up the pills, unless the dog is allergic to penicillin, in which case the dog would become anaphylactic.
