I would recommend only using food sources for your protein needs. Anywhere from 30-60 minutes after you work out eat a small meal combined of lean protein--Fruits/vegetables and complex carbohydrates. You may also benefit from doing less cardio and more strength training. For an example, try doing cardio 5 days a week for 30 minutes and strength training for three days every other day. You should also target the following muscle groups when you strength train such as Back, Shoulders, Chest, and Legs.
