All Social Security benefits, including SSD are exempt from creditor action. Generally private disability or workman's compensation is also protected from garnishment by means of state statutes. The issue of seizure of one's home depends upon the state laws that govern the homestead exemption. Some states such as Florida have unlimited homestead exemptions others a set amount and/or laws prohibiting forced sale of a home. It is not possible to be more specific w/o knowing the state in which the person lives. Vehicles are considered secured property. The car would more than likely be repossesed. The borrower would be responsible for any deficiency amount if the vehicle is sold for less than the loan amount. Also any costs related to the recovery and sale of the repo'ed vehicle. A home equity line of credit is a mortgage. If you default the lender will foreclose and take possession of the property by the foreclosure procedure used in your state.
Yes. Your second mortgage is secured by your home, so if you default on payments, the lender has the right to foreclose.
Its hard to default on a reverse mortgage because there are no payments due, so to default you have to move out of the home or rent it out, or not keep the property maintenance, taxes or insurance up. There is no default for the mortgage balance exceeding the home value. as a result there is typically no default for a reverse mortgage. However, if there is a negative equity position the borrower is still guaranteed to never make a payment as long as they live in the home. once they move or pass away the home can then be turned over to the lender who takes the loss on the loan if there is any, or if there is equity the home can be given to heirs who keep the equity in the home by selling it or refinancing it. (they will have 6 months from the borrowers passing to get this done) There is never recourse against the borrowers heirs for negative equity or loan defaults, nor is there recourse against the borrowers other assets.
If you are referring to a mobile home loan default, and there is a deficit balance left after the home is sold, then yes...you can be garnished. Talk to an attorney and see if you can work out the problem, before you give up this home. There is more to this problem than you think! Good Luck.

Being pregnant by itself does not constitute a disability. If you suffer from one or more complications of pregnancy and your doctor orders you to stay home from work, then short term disability will cover that disability. If your occupation has many physical demands, and your healthy pregnancy prevents you from performing your job duties, then short term disability may pay a benefit. Check your policy for specific language.
No, they will not.
