You're question really should be - I have a Bench Warrant - Where do I find an Attorney to get me out of this mess. I haven't seen that question on an application, nor even a question about misdemenors or felonies. If you're treated in prision - there's an exclusion about payment in Government Facilities, where your not obligated to pay. Call an Attorney TODAY!!!!!!!
