Ogres are not a playable race in World of Warcraft, however, there might be a quest in the game that temporarily transforms you into one for the sake of completing a task. Yes you can you have to buy World of Warcraft cards each pack you buy you get points also you can get turtle mount off it and after you rack up the points and you can buy the ogre suit
On April 1st one year, Blizzard said that there would be a Two-headed Ogre playable race in the game, with each head controlled by a different player. Yeah, and what day is April 1st^^ ;) In case you haven't figured that out, Blizzard annually fools everyone for the sake of holiday spirit. But... it may be available in an upcoming expansion pack. In WoW IV 'Cataclysm' (which hasn't been released yet) you will be able to play as goblins and worgen, but not ogres. This wont come out until late 2010. Reply: Yes thanks, I did already know it was an April Fools as I typed it in, notice I said 'On April 1st one year'. I'm pretty sure everyone else who read it got the point too.
