Well, it is possible for a phone to get one, however, only about two types of phones ever got one. So, i'd say they're a rare sight to come across. if you wish to learn more then use your best friend ever, Google! :)
If you are going to take it some where to get it fixed, remember NOT to say that it may have a virus because I don't think they are covered in insurances. Just say you woke up and it was liek the way you see it now. That way you , they can figure out what's wrong and as long as you have insurance, possible cover a replacement.
