IN the tool bar at the top of the screen click on "Tools". Select "internet Options..." In the box at the top of the grey window that opens it will say "http://www.MSN.com/" or something very similar to that. Click on the "Default" button. If that doesn't work, delete the "MSN" and type in the address you want. If that doesn't work, open the page you want to be your home page, click on "Tools", select "Internet Options...", and click on the "Use Current" button.

Go to tools > Internet Options > Click on General tab > In the homepage address field, enter what website you want as your homepage
if u want it them to go msn homepage and somewhere it should say set msn as my homepage... :)

You can always get rid of your home page in settings bar. You can always set it to blank in Chrome.
It depends on what you want it to be you have to choose a home page or one might be assigned already. I have Google home and my buddy has MSN Home.
if you just want a hotmail account you can ho to the home page and hit sign up
You can get rid of your iGoogle page by going to your upper righgt and clicking on Classic Home and it should take you back to your normal google page.

If you mean the MSN search page, then open your Internet Explorer browser, in the file menu select Internet Options, then in the Homepage Properties box clear the current text if there is any, then type in http://www.msn.com.
Either it's been changed manually (by someone where the computer is located) - OR the MSN web-site has detected where the computer is located and has changed the home-page accordingly.
