The best thing you can do is distance yourself from both of them and take time out for yourself to sort out your feelings. You really need to direct your thoughts and feelings towards yourself at this point as it is the only fair thing for all three of you.

I can tell you by personal experiences, most teens don't really know what love is. What most people have in the teen years is called infatuation. If you think you love two people at once chances are you don't love either of them at all. Loving another person would make you untrue to the first. Best advice I can give is to not talk to either, you'll be over it in a week, and chances are in a few weeks time you'll be "head over heels in love" with another girl.
